03 — DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

We refine every room in detail: finishes, furniture, lighting and custom pieces.

04 — CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION

Technical drawings and specifications that guide contractors and keep the design precise.

05 — FURNITURE, PROCUREMENT & INSTALLATION

We source, order and coordinate furniture and decor, through to the final installation.

06 — CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION

We follow the work on site with the contractor team, so the result matches the design.
